Proven Leadership Experience: Currently serving as Executive Director of a federal research non-profit while teaching at the university level. I've navigated the complex decisions, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking that comes with executive roles.
Real-World Business Metrics: Built and lead my own multi-six figure curriculum development business. I understand the transition from doing the work to leading the work, from individual contributor to strategic decision-maker.
