Meet Autumn- a Career Coach for teachers transitioning away from the classroom. After working as a teacher for years herself and then made the leap to tech, she started her business to help other teachers escape the burnout and build inspiring careers. (And yes, because I know you’re wondering, even teachers can hire a learning specialist. As someone who has worked in adult learning for a decade, the second set of eyes on your curriculum build is invaluable).

Her business took off, fast, and she was working with 20+ clients when she came to me for a Course Audit. We actually looked at the curriculum and intellectual property she had built for her group coaching program which was being entirely hosted in Google Folders. While a quick solution to get set up when clients were popping up in her DM’s, Autumn was manually doing everything, for every client, every time.

The completion of her Audit revealed that while content of her program was excellent (former teacher high-five), the flow and structure could be massively improved to support the adult learners and clients in her world.

With the intellectual property that Autumn already had created, we were able to custom build her slide decks and workbooks in no time. We re-ordered some of her content to better fit the adult learning experience, and made her ‘course hub’ the home base for her group coaching program. This included the access to Slack, every template she offered for resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, a home for group coaching call recordings, and all her best career resources.

Not only did her clients feel supported with the elevated experience, on-brand resources, and one-stop-shop that her program provided while their transitioned from classroom to corporate, Autumn no longer needed to manually send out enrollment videos, call reminders, templates, and more (saving her HOURS of time to expand the number of clients she can serve at a time)

The Signature Group Coaching Program

Round three?? You bet. After completing her Course Audit and her custom course build for her group coaching program, Autumn and I worked together to build her mini-course as a lower-ticket offer in her world. We built this mini-course for the teachers in her audience who weren’t quite sure if they were ready to or wanted to leave coaching, and didn’t want to jump into a four-figure investment without that commitment.

Folks could find Autumn's content, take her free quiz, and be directed to the entry-level offer if they were better suited for the course on career clarity. From there, her mini-course became a natural funnel into her group coaching program as students were receiving a TON of value for under $300.

Course #2

Three projects with Entrepreneur Academic, and Autumn was able to scale her entire business model and offer a suite to support more teachers, without sacrificing the quality of her work or their results as they moved out of the classroom.
